"Way better than I thought it’d be"
I’m picky about quality, so I wasn’t expecting too much, but this really impressed me. It feels solid and well-made, and in my opinion, it’s better than a lot of similar stuff I’ve tried.

"I felt kind of misled after buying..."
I felt kind of misled after buying this. It seemed like it was going to be a lot better for the price, but once I actually got it, the quality and service just didn’t match what was advertised. It had that bait-and-switch feeling where the promise was much better than the reality. There are cheaper options out there that do basically the same thing, maybe even better. I wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Kind of wish I had looked around more"
The product was mostly like it was described on elagia.com, so I can’t say it was totally misleading. The size was right and the main features were there, but a few of the smaller details made it sound like it would feel a little nicer than it actually does. It’s not terrible, but after getting it, I do kind of wish I had compared a few other options first. Overall it’s okay, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"Order went through fine"
I ordered from Elagia and, umm, it was straightforward. The pages loaded fine, checkout was easy, and I got the confirmation email right away. Nothing really confused me, which I definitely appreciate. I haven’t had to contact support, so I can’t speak to that, but the ordering part went smoothly for me...

It showed up late, no question about it, but the tracking was mostly solid the whole time. Definitely not perfect, but at least I wasn’t totally in the dark

"Maybe it’s just me, but the return..."
Maybe it’s just me, but the return ended up taking way longer than I expected. The refund was slow too, which was frustrating. Support did get back to me, but I didn’t feel like they were especially helpful. I probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon.

"Customer service was alright, but a bit frustrating"
The customer service was okay overall, but I felt a little frustrated because the replies were slow. They did get back to me eventually, but I wish the communication had been quicker.
